KAI's ideology is 'to support student's self realization taking innovation as the keyword'. We constantly grasp the needs of our students and to this end we explore the necessary teaching methodologies and strive to implement innovative initiatives. Our educational goal is "to foster human resources operating in a Japanese speaking society" and we have established the following two issues as our pillars in order to achieve this goal. The word KAI epitomizes our desire 'for students to learn not only Japanese language skills but also communication methods for mutual understanding, in an environment in which students can meet and learn with people from all over the world', and the stance of our instructors and staff that 'we shall constantly develop and improve and provide students with better communication methods'.
